Why am I being billed during the offseason?

Our 12 interest free monthly payments plan bills the same amount every month all year long. This payment option was designed so that our customers wouldn't experience spiked payment amounts during the busy season when we're servicing properties more often. Instead of spiked payments during the busy season it's the same flat amount each and every month throughout the year.

Why did my monthly rate increase?

A Cut Above has a standard annual 3.5% price increase that is automatically generated at the beginning of the new billing cycle. This slight change is due to the ever-increasing cost and annual inflation of items such as, gasoline, labor, and materials. We also reserve the right to increase pricing further, as needed, to account for unforeseen costs related to your service/s. If your annual pricing is increased by more than the standard 3.5% rate A Cut Above will inform you via email as your account is approaching its annual renewal date.
