What happens to my account when mowing is shut down for the year?

"Pay As You Go" Customers: Your account stays active but your card will not be charged until we start cutting again next year. This keeps your spot on the route and the pricing you signed up with. We'll stay in touch via email and alert you as to when our start date for the next season will be. The Mowing Program is an annual program and auto-renews annually based on your signup date. You can request to cancel at the end of the mowing season but would face a rate increase the next year if you wanted to sign back up.

All Other Mowing Customers: We'll stay in touch with you via email as to when our start date for next season will be. Your account status is linked to your actual signup or renewal date so the only thing that shuts down is the physical service. Your account stays active and is tied to your signup/renewal date.
